Learn the skills to having that conversation and take away some useful and practical tools you can use immediately at this two-hour workshop.

This workshop will cover:

  1. What a challenging conversation is
  2. Conflict handling positions
  3. Some situations that might be challenging to address
  4. Preparing for and having the conversation
  5. Handling situations before they arise
  6. Dealing with difficult responses at meetings
