This workshop is about stepping-up to leadership and will cover time management, delegation and performance appraisal techniques.

“Tell me what to do and I'll do it to protect my job”

“Motivate me to want to do it and I will do it to the best of my ability”

Business owners, supervisors, managers and team leaders who understand this simple truth and know how to implement it, create impact in today's organisations. They get results because they know how to lead a team – not just manage it.

Getting great results from your team is about guiding your team towards its goals and oversight of each team member being productive and are able to resolve problems as they arise. This will mean a more effective, results driven team.
