Kapiti Coast Chamber of Commerce  – Photographer (Casual – Contractor)

The Kapiti Coast Chamber of Commerce (KCCC) is seeking a casual-contract Photographer and is now accepting interested applicants to apply for the role. 

Background:

The Kapiti Coast Chamber of Commerce (KCCC) is a community not for profit organisation that aims to promote a growing Kapiti which is creating wealth and employment. It serves members with a collective voice, membership events, national retail discounts, as well as education and training. This year the KCCC has a focus on growing its membership and promoting its work to attract those memberships. One of the ways KCCC proposes to market its value proposition is through brand aligned imagery and photography. 

The KCCC would like to continue its efforts in capturing events and significant moments and people in a consistent KCCC style.  The KCCC is therefore seeking a casual contract photographer in which KCCC members will be considered first, to be on call for event and portrait photography.  The photographer shall act as an independent contractor and shall be liable for all legal statutory obligations whatsoever.  This is not a contract for employment as an employee.

Brief:

To take photos in a consistent style adhering to the KCCC brand when are where requested by the KCCC PR/Comms Manager.

The Chamber brand values are: Professional, Engaging, Local, Connected, Supportive. It is important that all imagery is inspired from these core values.

Budget:

By negotiation. A per event, by the hour cost is preferred.
