The Kapiti Chamber last conducted a member satisfaction survey in August 2012. Since then there has been significant and positive change for the Kapiti Coast Chamber of Commerce. Many of the changes have flowed from member responses and comments from the 2012 survey.
In 2014 there was a 14% membership increase which has strengthened the Kapiti Chamber financial position. In 2015 the Chamber Board decided to work on attracting sponsorship and developing additional benefits for members, including training and further enhancements to its web site.
Before proceeding the Chamber conducted a survey of its members to make sure it was doing the right thing.
