Local Body Elections 2022

)2022 Local Body Elections are fast approaching on the Kāpiti Coast, and the Kāpiti Coast Chamber of Commerce is here to make sure that you’re up to date on all the relevant local business issues.

To do this, we have created a local election scorecard, held two pre-election events (a Mayoral Debate and a Candidate Q&A Night, and have released our own 2022 Local Election Manifesto, which can be found below.

We’ve also sent each Mayoral, Districtwide, and Ward candidate a selection of questions to answer, to make sure you’re informed. These will be uploaded to this page as they’re returned, so make sure to keep checking in!
